我还是决定把Everybody Loves Raymond和Friends一起看。

今天对照了一下Friends的剧本，通过查词典以后，我才知道原来Friends那么搞笑，哈哈。

Chandler: Alright, so I’m back in high school, I’m standing in the middle of the cafeteria, and I realize I am totally naked.

All: Oh, yeah. Had that dream.

Chandler: Then I look down, and I realize there’s a phone… there.

Joey: Instead of…?

Chandler: That’s right.

Joey: Never had that dream.

Phoebe: No.

Chandler: All of a sudden, the phone starts to ring. Now I don’t know what to do, everybody starts looking at me.

Monica: And they weren’t looking at you before?!

Chandler: Finally, I figure I’d better answer it, and it turns out it’s my mother, which is very-very weird, because- she never calls me!

今天用Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English的时候又发现了一个优点，在查sobbing这个词的时候，我竟然能听见一个人是如何sobbing的范例！这样就太形象了！

通过查一半左右的Friends第一集剧本，我发现Friends比起Everybody Loves Raymond确实要难，俚语、语速方面都要更多、更快。

美语中对于很多t的读音都是发的le音，例如go to sleep，是读成go le sleep，这个现象二阶时就有发现了。
